COURSE DESCRIPTION
This LIVE in person continuing education for physical therapists certification course will teach the physical therapist and physical therapist assistant how to perform and incorporate Reiki Energy Healing into their clinical practice in order to improve clinical outcomes.
With this reiki training, the therapist will become certified in Level I Traditional Usui Reiki.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Therapists taking this course will be able to:
- Describe the history and principles of reiki energy healing
- Describe the energetic body including chakras and auric field and explain its relationship to the physical body
- Explain the clinical rationale for the effect that energy healing has on pain reduction, relaxation and optimal health
- Identify areas of reduced energy flow through palpation and dowsing
- Perform reiki energy healing on themselves and others in person
- Incorporate reiki energy healing into their clinical practice
- Affect positive changes in energy flow to allow maximal healing

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This hybrid - live Webinar and online continuing education for physical therapists certification course will teach the physical therapist and physical therapist assistant how to perform and incorporate Reiki Energy Healing into their clinical practice in order to improve clinical outcomes.
With this reiki training the therapist will become certified in Level I Traditional Usui Reiki.
These PT CEU online course includes online instruction to be completed prior to first Live Webinar. The first Live Zoom is 3.5 hours. The student will then practice on 2 people independently with post session form to be filled out by student. Course Wrap Up will be 1.5 hours via Live Zoom which is typically 1 week after the first Live Zoom to allow sufficient time to complete practice.

REIKI II for the Physical Therapist/PTA Hybrid
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This hybrid - Live Webinar and online course will allow the therapist to incorporate the spirit of healing into their clinical practice with the use of Reiki Level II. At Level II, the therapist will be able to incorporate Reiki into in person sessions as well as over distance during telehealth.
The therapist will become certified in Level II Traditional Usui Reiki.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Therapists taking this course will be able to:
· Describe the effects of reiki from a physiological perspective and its relationship to the healing process
· Explain how stress affects the physical body
· Describe the energetic body including chakras and auric field and explain its relationship to the physical body
· Explain the clinical rationale for the effect that energy healing has on pain reduction, relaxation and optimal health
· Identify areas of reduced energy flow through palpation and dowsing
· Perform reiki energy healing at level 2 in person and over distance (telehealth)
· Utilize Reiki Symbols to enhance Reiki practice
· Incorporate reiki energy healing into their clinical practice
· Describe and demonstrate the Four Clairs and how they can be used in the clinical setting to improve intuitive skills for improved patient care
· Affect positive changes in energy flow to allow maximal healing
